Who do you think the most beautiful person in your life? (we’ll be soo glad if you would share in no more than 3 words)We have many lists here. But if we would mention one name, then it would be Mrs. B. She’s one of our hundred customers. But she isn’t just a customer, she’s part of our every-day story!

She is a mother of two teenage childrens & one kindergarten child (but you won’t believe how young she looks alike!) who lives nearby our house. She drop her laundy about three times a week . In the time while we were checking her articles, she used to share us anything from the weather forecast till tragedy-of-the-day..She likely enjoy telling us story that and we, well we just can help but being drawed out to the intonation, emotion, expression she brings; and all of the sudden...she’s gone! Leaving us in daze. The story hasn’t finish and the wrap-up-laundry is forgotten. However, we see how beautiful Mrs. B for helping us to grow. To lend her trust in our service. To be the one who ever said to us “Keep being beautiful, being strong, and keep on moving”.

We specialized only in daily garments and particular fabric, the everyday-everyone cloths. By that, we struggle hard, much harder than other laundry, we think. It is our job to whiter/brighten your white/coloured garments, to remove stains until it can't be removed, to soften the fabric so it will stay longer, and to clean it all throughly. Our additional yet important job is to do all of that in time and to make sure any article drop to us carefully checked and returned completely.

We limit our service quantity, that's the only way to focus on quality. So, first come first served. But of course, we can't help but to prioritize our Dhous Club member. We lovee to handle theirs as they always come to us. It helps to monitor and see such progress of what we've been doing to their garments for a period of time. This might sounds too much, but it really works! We remove stains that seems impossible and really brightening them. Just ask them.

We are a kilo laundry. Yes, we are. We count the rate per 1 kilo, not piece. We understand that you wear it ev-ry-day, so why should making it costly right?! Though, it is likely that we above the average rates for a kilo laundry service in Jakarta. You can decide for your own anyway, worth or not. Still, we offer promos and discounts, especially for Dhous Club.

Least, we have a vision that everyone could enjoy their day with a clean, fresh, and comfy garments. On the way going, let us share anything we love in this pinky winky blog. ;)
